Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the Minor in Special Education
Upon the recommendation of the Dean of Graduate Studies, and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the Minor in Special Education. This change removes SPED 563 (2 units) from the list of required courses and adds SPED 580 (3 units) to this list. The required SPED 569 is changing from 3 units to 2 units, and the 3 units of electives will be removed. The number of units for the minor will change from 22 to 19. This change will be effective Fall 2013.
