Office Copiers

The Office Copier Program is a centrally managed, cost-per-copy lease program designed to provide the campus with convenient self-service copying services. The Office Copier Program provides the campus with paper, toner, staples, and full-service maintenance for every copier, as well as the equipment itself. All of these services and supplies are provided on a chargeback basis for only 7.8¢ per copy. The IKON/Ricoh machines provide many sustainable and cost saving benefits.

The copiers provided through this program are digital, multi-functional machines that can:

• collate
• staple
• copy back to back—learn how to save paper by duplexing
• add page numbers while copying
• add custom "stamps"
• fax
• function as a network printer—learn how to print greener
• and provide sustainable options for your office

Each machine has an assigned Key Operator who has been trained on how to operate the equipment. This includes adding paper, toner, staples, clearing paper jams, and other minor troubleshooting. The system is accessed using an assigned eight digit personal identification number (PIN).
