Security
This service is a networked system. The PINs assigned will work on any of the copiers. This is a wonderful convenience and a security issue. Please do not share your PIN with anyone. Do not post it by the copier and do not write it down and leave it out where it could be seen. When communicating with customer service, do not write down the entire eight digits on a CAF or an e-mail. You will only need to reference the last four digits (the billing code) and provide the user name on correspondence. If you suspect that there is unauthorized usage on your account, call x5992 immediately. We will disable the billing code to prevent further abuse and you will receive a new billing code. Your account will be billed for any usage up to that point.
