Mail Services
The Department of Mail Services is responsible for the daily delivery and outgoing of intra-campus and USPS mail of the campus community. The USPS and intra-campus mail is sorted by department zip code and delivered to campus departments beginning at 1:00 p.m. Outgoing mail is picked up, appropriate postage is applied, and prepared for mailing. Print orders are also picked up at the same time.
In addition, a full-service morning route is being added, effective March 1, 2011. The new 10:00 a.m. route provides for pick-up and delivery of intra-campus and USPS mail, and pick up of print orders. Click here for details of the new morning route.
Departments may also drop outgoing mail at Print and Mail Services (Siskiyou Hall 118) no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Personal Items
Mail Services would like to remind faculty and staff that State resources may not be used to ship or receive personal packages or mail. As a courtesy, Mail Services has placed a personal mail drop at the BMU Wildcat Store. This mail is picked up once a day at 1 p.m. and is given to the U.S. Postal Service. To help minimize loss or delays of personal items, please ensure that senders have your correct home or mailing address.
