MINOR IN FOODSERVICE ADMINISTRATION

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the Minor in Foodservice Administration within the Department of Biological Sciences, College of Natural Sciences.The total number of units required for the minor will remain unchanged at 24 units.These changes are effective fall 2001.
