Subject: Approval of a Minor Change to the Minor in Foodservice in the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve a minor change to the Minor in Foodservice Administration. BIOL 211, Allied Health Microbiology will be removed, and NFSC 122, Food Safety and Sanitation, will be added to the list of required courses. This course is a more appropriate choice for this minor. This change will be effective Fall 2012.
