Subject:	Executive Memorandum 01-08, New Options in the MA in Social Science

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the addition of new options within the MA in Social Science, Department of Social Science and Special Programs, College of Natural Sciences, effective fall 2001. The number of units required for the General Option will be 30 units; the number of units required for the Social Science Education Option will be 30 units. Both options will report using HEGIS code number 22011.
