The proposed Master of Social Work was recommended for approval by the Academic Senate and the Provost and was approved by the Chancellor's Office and by CPEC. I approve implementation of this degree, administered by the School of Social Work, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, effective fall 2001. The degree will report using HEGIS code number 21041.
