Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the name change of the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing to the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, and Manufacturing Technology, within the College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology, effective fall 2003.
