Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-118, Approval of New BS in Business Information Systems

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a new BS in Business Information Systems, Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems, College of Business, effective fall 2003. The new major will require 81-84 units; the number of units required for the BS will be 128 units. The program has been assigned reporting code numbers as follows:

• The degree program will use code number 07026
• The Option in Accounting Information Systems will use code number 07022
• The Option in Management Information Systems will use code number 07023
• The Option in Supply Chain Management Systems will use code number 07025
