Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-39, Approval for Significant Changes to the MS in Geosciences and the Option in Hydrology/Hydrogeology within the MS in Geosciences

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve significant changes to the MS in Geosciences and the Option in Hydrology/Hydrogeology within the MS in Geosciences, within the Department of Geosciences, College of Natural Sciences, effective fall 2003. The number of units required for the MS will remain at 30 units.
