Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-42, Approval for Significant Changes to the MS in Environmental Sciences

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve significant changes to the MS in Environmental Sciences, within the Department of Geosciences, College of Natural Sciences, effective fall 2003. The number of units required for the MS will remain unchanged at 30 units.
