Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-44, Approval for Significant Changes to the BS in Computer Information Systems

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve significant changes to the BS in Computer Information Systems, within the Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology, effective fall 2003. The number of units required for the major will change from 79-80 units to 80 units; the number of units required for the BS will remain unchanged at 128 units.
