Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a new Certificate in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy within the Department of Music, College of Humanities and Fine Arts, effective fall 2002. The number of units required for the certificate will be 23 units.
