Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-63, Minor Revisions to the BS in Computer Engineering

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the BS in Computer Engineering, within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology. Total units required for the major will change from 105-106 units to 105 units. Total units required for the BS will remain unchanged at 132 units. These changes are effective fall 2003.
