Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-89, Minor Revisions to the Public Relations Option and the News-Editorial Option

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the Public Relations Option and News-Editorial Option within the BA in Journalism, Department of Journalism, College of Communication and Education. The number of units required for each option will change from 25 units to 25-26 units; the number of units required for the major will change from 34 units to 34-35 units. The total number of units required for the BA will remain unchanged at 124 units. These changes are effective fall 2003.
