Subject:	Executive Memorandum 02-99, Approval of New BA in Criminal Justice

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a new BA in Criminal Justice, within the Department of Political Science, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, effective fall 2002. The new major will require 55 units; the number of units required for the BA will be 120 units. The program has been assigned reporting code number 21051.
