Subject:	Executive Memorandum 04-24, Approval for a New Minor in Computer Engineering

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve a new Minor in Computer Engineering, within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, effective fall 2005. The number of units required for the minor will be 27-28 units.
