Subject:	Executive Memorandum 04-35, Revised Constitution of the Faculty, Constitution of the Academic Senate, and Bylaws of the Academic Senate; supersedes EM 94-39

On the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the amended Bylaws and Constitution of the Academic Senate and the Constitution of the Faculty for immediate implementation.

The revisions include clarifying the Summer Academic Senate, allowing statewide senators to hold Academic Senate officer positions, and clarifying election processes for irregularly scheduled elections.
