Subject:	Executive Memorandum 04-42, Approval to Delete the Option in Construction Management

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the deletion of the Option in Construction Management within the BS in Construction Management, Department of Construction Management, College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology, effective fall 2005. The Construction Management BS will continue to use reporting code 09254.
