Subject:	Executive Memorandum 04-47, Approval of Minor Changes to the Option in Supply Chain Management

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the Option in Supply Chain Management, within the BS in Business Information Systems, Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems, College of Business. The total number of units required for the option will remain at 24 units. These changes are effective fall 2005.
