Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the name change of the Applied Optics Pattern to Applied Physics Pattern within the Option in Professional Physics, BS in Physics, within the Department of Physics, College of Natural Sciences, effective fall 2007.
