Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-11, Approval to Change Name from Certificate in the Theory and Practice of College Composition to Certificate in Teaching College-Level Writing

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the Provost, I approve a name change to the post- baccalaureate Certificate in the Theory and Practice of College Composition. Effective fall 2009, the program's name will be Certificate in Teaching College-Level Writing.
