Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-29, Approval for a New Jazz Studies Option
Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the Provost, I approve a new Jazz Studies Option within the BA in Music, Department of Music, College of Humanities and Fine Arts effective fall 2008. The number of units required for the option will be 35-36 units. The new option has been assigned reporting code number 10051; the degree will also continue to use reporting code number 10051.
