Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-31, Approval for New Option in Food and Nutrition Communication

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and the Provost, I approve a new Option in Food and Nutrition Communication within the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences, College of Natural Sciences effective fall 2008. The number of units required for the new option will be 29-30 units. The new option has been assigned reporting code number 13061; the degree will also continue to use reporting code number 13061.
