Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-51,  Approval for Minor Changes to Programs in the Department of Health and Community Services

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the programs listed below within the Department of Health and Community Services, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences effective fall 2009.

• The BS in Health Science
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the major from 63-66 units to 63-69 units.

• The Option in Environmental Health
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 43-45 units to 50-51 units.
• The Option in Gerontology
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 40 units to 46 units.
• The Option in Health Education
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 40-42 units to 46-48 units.
• The Option in Health Services Administration
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 39 units to 45 units.
