Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-52,  Approval for Minor Changes to Humanities Programs

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the Humanities programs listed below within the College of Humanities and Fine Arts effective fall 2009.

• The BA in Humanities
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the major from 39-47 units to 39-42 units.

• The Minor in Humanities
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 24 units to 21 units.

• The Minor in Cinema Studies
  Course requirement changes will not change the 18 units required for the minor.

• The Minor in Classical Civilization
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 21 units to 21-23 units.
