Subject: Executive Memorandum 08-53,  Approval for Minor Changes to BA in Philosophy

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor changes to the BA in Philosophy within the Department of Philosophy, College of Humanities and Fine Arts effective fall 2009.

• The BA in Philosophy
  Course requirement changes will not change the 33-42 units required for the major.

• The General Option
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 12 units to 9 units.
• The Pre-Graduate School Option
  Course requirement changes will change the required units for the option from 21 units to 18 units.
