Subject:	Approval for Changes to BA in Industrial Arts

The proposed modifications to the BA in Industrial Arts are approved for implementation effective fall 1989. The changes, which reduce by one unit the total number of units required for the degree, include:

1. Eliminating ITEC 183C (three units) from the program;
2. Adding two units by adding one unit to each of two courses:

   ITEC 183A, Product Manufacturing, from 3 to 4 units

   ITEC 183B, Product Manufacturing, from 3 to 4 units

These course changes also apply to the Single Subject Credential in Industrial Arts, reducing by one unit the total required units for the waiver program.
