This emends paragraph B, subparagraph 1.d. of Executive Memorandum 86-03, "Instructional Computing Advisory Group (ICAG): Revision to EM 79-02," dated February 27, 1986, to read:

"d. The Vice President for Student Affairs, upon consultation with the Student Advisory Committee, shall appoint one student as a voting member. "
