Upon the recommendation of the Faculty Senate and the Provost, I approve

1) the Speech Pathology and Audiology Program joining the Department of Human Communication Studies and 2) the Department of Human Communication Studies being renamed the Department of Communication Arts and Sciences. These changes will be effective fall 1993.
