Subject:	Executive Memorandum 93-19, Approval of the Pacific Wellness Institute

Following a report to the Educational Policies Committee, the proposed Pacific Wellness Institute was recommended for approval by the Provost. I approve establishment of this Institute, effective immediately, whose primary goal is the promotion of health and well-being of citizens in Chico, Northern California, and beyond.
