Executive Memorandum 94-39, Bylaws of the Academic Senate, Constitution of the Academic Senate, Constitution of the Faculty (superseded by EM 04-35)

On the recommendation of the Faculty Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the amended Bylaws and Constitution of the Academic Senate and the Constitution of the Faculty for immediate implementation.
The revisions include changing the name of the Faculty Senate to the Academic Senate and establishing two standing committees of the Academic Senate: Educational Policies and Programs Committee and the Faculty and Student Policies Committee.
