Subject:	Executive Memorandum 95-16, Approval for Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Communication Studies

The proposed Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communication Studies was recommended for approval by the Academic Senate and the Provost and was approved by the Chancellor's Office on June 21, 1995. I approve implementation of this degree, offered by the Department of Communication Arts and Sciences within the College of Communication and Education, effective fall 1995. The degree will report using HEGIS code number 15061.
