Subject:	Executive Memorandum 96-98: New Options in the BA in Philosophy

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the addition of two new Options in the BA in Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy within the College of Humanities and Fine Arts, effective fall 1997. The total number of units required for the General Option will be 33. The total number of units required for the Pre-Graduate School Option will be 42. The number of units required for the major will be 33-42.
