Subject:	Executive Memorandum 97- 09, Minor Revisions to the BS in Mathematics - General Mathematics Option

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the BS in Mathematics, General Mathematics Option, in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics within the College of Natural Sciences, effective fall 1999. The number of units required for the Option has increased from 22 units to 26-27 units. The total number of units required for the BS has changed from 46-76 units to 48-70 units.
