Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the addition of a new Certificate in Outdoor Education in the Department of Physical Education and Exercise Science within the College of Communication and Education, effective fall 1999. The total number of units required for the Certificate will be 27.
