Subject:	Executive Memorandum 98-82, Minor Revisions to the BA in Economics Core Requirements

Upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve minor revisions to the Core Requirements in the BA in Economics within the Department of Economics, College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. The total number of units required for the Core will increase from 20 units to 23 units. The number of units required for the major will increase from 38-49 units to 41-52 units. These changes are effective fall 1999.
