Subject:	Executive Memorandum 99-12, Approval of PHIL 135, Philosophy of Judaism - General Education Area C3

Following review by the General Studies Advisory Committee, and upon the recommendation of the Provost, I approve General Education (GE) Area C3 experimental status for PHIL 135, Philosophy of Judaism. GE status for the course will be effective fall 1999 and continue through the next normal review of Area C courses in academic year 1999-2000.
