Subject:	Executive Memorandum 99-17, New Minor in Special Education

Upon the recommendation of the Academic Senate (ref. AS 99/13) and with the concurrence of the Provost, I approve the addition of a new Minor in Special Education in the Department of Professional Studies in Education within the College of Communication and Education, effective fall 1999. The total number of units required for the Minor will be 22.
