____CACTE comments for Nov 1998
added. Slight changed with the main page, under construction icons
taken out and a update section added to the main page. The text only
page will not be made any more due to a faster loading graphics page.

Oct 1998 added. A total redesign from original configuration.
More user friendly look and a faster loading graphics page. Graphics were
redesign for faster loading including a new banner. In some pages
all the graphics are removed for faster loading. The text only page
is still under construction.
__ _Javascripting could
not be fix, a Mac problem only though. Javascripting is totally removed
out of the webpage. Text only version is finally implemented due
to the slow loading nature of the high graphics version. Finally got a
new server for CACTE, thanks to Cal State University Chico for letting
us use their server. The new url is:

____CACTE online is up.
Not much to look at though. Most of the things are still in the works.
Having problems to get my table work correctly in both explorer and navigator.
Although CACTE is currently located at the my, ie webmaster,
web account it'll change in the upcoming months.
