Evaluation : Tell us what you thought about the course.

There are several assessment and reflection forms available to download for use in a classroom setting. You can find them in the Toolbox section. Print out the forms you choose to use in your teaching.

Please provide us with feedback so that we can improve the lessons and information. Thank you for taking the time to complete this evaluation carefully.

This evaluation includes the following areas:
the instructional design system (how easy is it to "navigate" through the program?), the text, and the presentation and organization of the content.

The definition of "Effectiveness" for the Rating means efficient or easy to use, the material is clear and understandable, and you have learned about the content in the program as a result of using it.
