The Annual Member of the Year Award will be presented according to a specific points system we have set up:
This semester the point system is going to be very simple. It is as follows:
1pt for each class you announce Psi Chi in
2pts for attending a meeting
2pts for attending an event (2pts for the entire event)
2pts for attending community service (2pts for the entire event it is not hourly)
2pts for attending a fundraiser
2pts for bringing snack to a meeting
2pts for having dues paid by February 13th at 8pm
4pts for serving on a committee or helping set up or clean up at an event fundraiser or community service
4pts for selling the minimum of 5 raffle tickets
4pts for bringing in raffle prizes valued at $25.00 or less
6pts for recruiting raffle prizes valued at $25.00 or more
Member and Officer of the Year:
The Officer with the most points by the end of the semester will receive a large prize and will be recognized for their achievements in front of fellow club members, psychology faculty and psychology majors at the Psi Chi/Senior Brunch
