Jan Kathryn Roberts (B.A., Music, ’82) married Thomas Charles Byron Haydon on June 12, 1999, in Yuba City, California. After graduation, she earned a master’s degree in music from USC. She now teaches music in the Rocklin Unified School District. He is a sales representative for the Henry Wine Group. David Bassetti (B.A., Journalism,’88) married Regina Pedroza in October 1999 at the San Juan Bautista Mission. He is an agriculture field supervisor at Neil Bassetti Farms; she is employed at the City of Monterey. David Michael Lindstrom (B.A., Social Sciences, ’90; M.B.A., ’94) married Tammy Michelle Aslanian on May 8, 1999, in Roseville, California, where they now reside. He is employed by Hewlett-Packard, and she works at BHP Steel. Todd C. Gamble (B.A., Economics, ’91) married Janis Eisenacher, on Oct. 16, 1999, in Santa Barbara, California. A construction contractor, he owns Todd Gamble Construction, and she is an accountant for Danitz, Brooks and Nightingale. They reside in Santa Barbara. Christine Schrimp (B.A., Information and Communication Studies, ’92) married Sean Verran (B.S., Business Administration, ’97) in June. Schrimp is a training specialist for Blue Shield of California, and Verran works in Sacramento as a manager for Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Jolene Marie Luiz (B.A., Liberal Studies, ’94) married Thomas Jon Baxman on July 31, 1999. She teaches at Liberty School, and he is co-owner of North Bay Mechanical. They live in Petaluma, California. Thomas Naef (B.A., Public Administration, ’94) married Angela Taha on Sept. 5, 1999, in Davis, California. He is a communications manager in Sacramento, and she is pursuing a doctorate at UC Davis. They reside in Davis. Brian Thomas (B.S., Computer Science, ’94) married Kimberly Aldredin in Paradise, California, on Aug. 7, 1999. He plans to work in software development, and she is a respiratory-care practitioner. Erin LeAnne Binney (B.S., Business Administration, ’96) married Michael Scott Lynch (B.S., Business Administration, ’96) in Windsor, California, on Aug. 7, 1999. She is the marketing programs director with Micromuse Inc. in New York, and he is director of business development for Accodale Technologies in New York. They reside in Old Jersey City, New Jersey. Gretchen Lee Johnson (B.A., Liberal Arts, ’96) married Patrick Edward Griffey on Feb. 19 in Lake Tahoe. She is a teacher at Thornton High School in Denver, Colorado, and he is a supervisor at U.S. Home in Denver. Amy Freitas (B.S., Nursing, ’97) married Jason Finley on Sept. 25, 1999. She works at Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka, and he works on the family farm in Yreka, California. Brian Maestri (B.S., Agricultural Science, ’97) married Cara Book of Salinas on Nov. 20, 1999. He works as a vineyard manager for S.M.D. Vineyards in Chualar, California, where they now reside. She works for the Salinas Union High School District. Tyler Christensen (B.S., Agricultural Business, ’98) married Mary Higginbotham in Red Bluff, California, on April 29. He is a supervisor on Edwards Ranch in Red Bluff; she is a court reporter in Butte, Glenn, and Tehama Counties. Zane Glines (B.S., Agricultural Business, ’98) married Tracey Westmoreland in Red Bluff, California, on Oct. 2, 1999. He is the manager of 96 Cattle Company, and she is a manicurist at Finnicky Fingers. Raquel Marjorie LeBaudour (B.A., Journalism, ’98) married Derek Reno Del Curto on Sept. 4, 1999, at the Carmel Mission in Carmel, California. She is a Web researcher/Internet consultant and works for Del Curto Brothers Construction in Hollister, California. He is co-owner of Del Curto Brothers Construction. Amy Renee Martin (B.A, Journalism, ’98) married Kevin Wright Looney (B.S., Mechanical Engineering, ’99) on May 29, 1999, in Auburn, California. She works at Pacific Staffing, and he works at NEC Electronics, both in Roseville, California, where they reside. Matt Solano (B.S., Civil Engineering, ’98) married Kimberly Brazie on Aug. 5 in Yreka, California. He is a civil engineer with the California Department of Transportation and co-owner of Brothers Unlimited Mobile DJ Service. She is completing her degree in liberal studies while employed as a literacy aid at Little Chico Creek Elementary School in Chico. Karen Anne Berthiaume (B.A., Liberal Studies, ’99) and Sullivan “Joseph” Bookataub III (B.S., Biology, ’96), both of Chico, married Sept. 25, 1999. She is working at Colusa Unified School District, and he is employed by MRI Sales Consultants of Chico. Elizabeth Day (B.A., Sociology, ’99) married Dade Smith on Aug. 21, 1999, at Crystal Bay, North Lake Tahoe. She is employed at the Glenn County HRA, and he works for the Forest Service. Sally Hasty (B.S., Business Administration, ’99) married Sean Burgess on Nov. 20, 1999. She is a sales representative for pharmaceuticals, and he is completing his marketing degree at Chico State. They live in Carlsbad, California. Michael William Johnson (B.A., Psychology, ’99) married Lynette Ortiz on Nov. 7, 1999, in Chico. He is a paraprofessional in special education for Butte County Schools, and she is a medical transcriptionist. Marie Carmon (B.S., Health Science, ’00) married Matthew Aylworth on Jan. 4 in the LDS Oakland Temple. She graduated in May, and he is completing his degree at Brigham Young University in international business. They reside in Chico. Joy England (B.S., Health Science, ’00) married Matthew Holman
on Jan. 15 in Chico. She graduated in May, and he is a pilot.
