Chico Spirit

This group of CSU, Chico alums recently shared College Sweatshirt Day at Half Moon Bay High School, where most of them teach. Back row from left: Robert Lawrence (BS, Mathematics, ’03; Credential, ’04) teaches mathematics, Danielle Shearer (BA, Communication Design, ’06) teaches special education, Shawna McCartney (attended fall ’90–fall ’92) teaches English language development and English, Mike Putnam (BA, History, ’72; Credential, ’73) teaches social studies, Andrew Boysen (BA, English, ’92; MA, English, ’97) teaches English, and John Corry (BA, English, ’87; Credential, ’88) is director of personnel and student services for the Cabrillo Unified School District.
