Only a short walk from the center of campus, the mansion tour and visitor center provide glimpses into the past and preserve Chico's heritage for new generations. "And, of course, what is a college town without a downtown filled with boutiques, restaurants, coffeehouses, bakeries, and nightspots Chico has all this and more.
