DAVE HODSON (B.S., Management-MIS, ’90; M.B.A., ’92) worked in electronic commerce for Visa International in San Mateo after graduation. Next he worked in retail product development for Deluxe Corporation. He moved to iPrint, becoming that company’s first employee in May 1996. As director of technology, he manages software development, product planning and development, and overall architectural direction. iPrint is an Internet discount print shop, which consumers can log onto and interactively create, proof, and order professionally printed items. Hodson was featured in the Netrepreneur section of Webmaster Magazine.

LORRI (NUCCI) KOSTER (B.A., Information and Communication Studies, ’90) works for her family-owned company, Mann Packing Co. in the Salinas Valley, as director of trade and media relations.

ROBERT LACY Robert Lacy (B.S., Business-Accounting, ’91) is the new finance director for the City of Angels Camp. The manager of the Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee has already presented Lacy with a frog.

CHRISTINE (JAKEL) PATRICK (B.S., Health Science, ’91) is service area director of Environmental Health and Safety for Kaiser-Fresno. Patrick recently finished a master’s degree in public health and plans to teach a class in the fall for the Health Science Department at CSU, Fresno. While attending CSU, Chico she served as director of Academic Affairs (1990–91) for the AS. She is married and has two daughters, McKenna and Baileigh.Scott V. Whelpley (B.A., Psychology, ’92) recently reported for duty at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego. He joined the Navy in 1993 and is a petty officer 2nd class.

ALICE GREANY (B.A., Journalism, ’93) is the communications manager for the Chico Chamber of Commerce. Greany is editor of Chico Chamber Business News and handles various promotional and marketing projects. She also started Greany Editorial Services, offering writing, editing, and research services to corporate and non-profit agencies. Clients include the Chico News & Review, Videomaker Magazine, Smart TV Magazine, and others. Greany said, “I am a firm believer in entrepreneurshipit works, if you put your mind to it and work hard.”

CARRI LEE (COLLINS) POTHIER (B.S., Nursing, ’93) lives with her husband, Matthew, in Japan.
 

Alicia (Herndon) CronbachALICIA (HERNDON) CRONBACH (B.A., Child Development, ’95) lives on Cape Cod and is a lead teacher in a preschool. She said, “I would welcome any news from Chico people in this region.” Chico alums in the Massachussetts area may write her at 5462A Underhill Street, Otis AFB, MA 02542.

HEATHER EIFFERT (B.A., Bilingual Liberal Studies, ’95) is an elementary school teacher for Chico Unified School District. This spring, she married Jason Kindopp (B.S., Biological Science, ‘96), a graduate student researching salmon in Butte County streams.

ANNIE BROWN (B.A., Political Science, ’97) still has her never-give-up attitude, reflected in her involvement in environmental causes and work as an advocate for farm workers. She works in the national office of the United Farm Workers of America as administrative assistant to the first vice president. Brown is coordinating efforts to organize the strawberry industry and credits her Women’s Studies Minor as giving her an awareness of and sensitivity to people’s problems.

NATALIE (SOWERS) SMALLEY (B.A., Child Development, ’97) and MICHAEL SMALLEY (B.A., Social Science, ’97) were married in 1997. She is a substitute teacher and he works for Mary Graham Children’s Shelter in Lodi.
