One very special aspect of the Alumni Association is the ability of its
members to find one another long after the thrills of college and graduation.
A group of Chico State alumnae gathered in August for a reunion of their
student teachers who trained on Kauai in 1974. From left, Kathleen Curry

It was all in the family at "A Day at the Races," an alumni event at Del
Mar Thoroughbred Club last July. From left, top row, Charles Deagle and
Craig Moraes; bottom row, Kelli Deagle Moraes, Nancy Deagle, and Craig
Deagle. Charles and Nancy are the parents of alumna Kelli and current
Chico State student Craig. Alumnus Craig Moraes is married to Kelli.
