California State Univer-sity, Chico, founded in 1887, is a residential campus located in Nor-thern California. With Little Chico Creek winding through the center of campus, CSU, Chico is known for its beauty. One measure of the quality of a university is the opinion alumni have of their alma mater. In a random survey of 793 alumni conducted last year, 99 percent said they were completely satisfied or pretty satisfied with CSU, Chico as a whole.
