California State University, Chico, founded in 1887, is a residential campus located in Northern California. With Little Chico Creek winding through the center of campus, CSU, Chico is known for its beauty. One measure of the quality of a university is the opinion recent graduates have of their alma mater. In the most recent Spring Graduate Survey, 97% of baccalaureate graduates reported they were satisfied with the value of their education at CSU, Chico, and 98% indicated they were satisfied with CSU, Chico as a whole.
